By using the Keturah Monet Piano Studio (“KMPS”) website, enrolling in lessons, or purchasing materials, you agree to the following terms:

1. Lesson Scheduling & Payment

• Lessons are billed monthly in advance, according to the agreed-upon rate.

• Payment is due by the first lesson of the month unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Lessons canceled without notice may be forfeited.

2. Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once the month has begun.

• Missed lessons may be rescheduled at the teacher’s discretion, subject to availability.

3. Student Responsibilities

• Students are expected to attend lessons on time, bring necessary materials, and practice as recommended.

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to support younger students with practice at home.

4. Studio Materials

• All materials (including sheet music, worksheets, and recordings) are for the enrolled student’s use only.

• Duplication or distribution without permission is prohibited.

5. Photography & Video

• KMPS may take photos or short videos during lessons or events for promotional purposes. You may opt out in writing.

6. Website Use

• The KMPS website and all content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding its accuracy or availability.

• All content (text, images, music, etc.) is the property of KMPS and may not be reproduced without permission.
